Beach Condos

The Channel Islands offers many options when it comes to condos.  The choice is yours.  You can choose older, with plenty of options to remodel or you can choose new,  highly upgraded, gated and pristine.  Many buyers choose by location.  There are condos on Hollywood Beach called Harbor Walk.  They vary in size, location, view and upgrades.  Originally built in the late 1970s many are original and many are already re-modeled.  The location is incredible with both beach and marina only steps away.  Harbor Walk is also walking distance from Farmers' market, Seafresh Restaurant, Honey Cups Coffee Shop and more.

On the upgraded scale there are Port 101s and Port Meridians in Seabridge.  New, beautiful and in an area with many ammenities.  The fees are higher here, but the property is lovely.  Elevators come in each building allowing access for wheelchairs.

Harbour Island is another option.  Surrounded by the harbor,  these offer water views from almost every room.  Harbour Island condos are all single story with elevators to most.  Built in the early 1990s, these were once the most presigious condos in Mandalay Bay.  If you like the feel of being in a resort you will love Harbour Island.
